On our second full day in Essaouira, we took a much slower pace.
We ate more traditional Moroccan food. It was very refreshing.
And explored more of the medina.
One of the locals at our riad recommended walking over to the ancient ramparts along the coastline to watch the sunset.
We ended the evening with a traditional Moroccan dinner - chicken tangine. Paired with mint tea of course.
